ENGAGEMENT & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Go Viral LLC (“Go Viral,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides strategic advisory services related to fundraising. Because our services are consultative and customized to each client, we do not offer physical products, and no goods are shipped.

1. Fulfillment of Services
Upon execution of a formal engagement agreement (typically, a Consulting Services Agreement) and receipt of the agreed-upon upfront fee, Go Viral will begin delivering services in accordance with the scope and timeline outlined in the client agreement. Services may include strategy development, investor outreach advisory, marketing materials review, and coordination with broker-dealer partners. Fulfillment is considered complete when all deliverables specified in the engagement agreement have been rendered.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the strategic nature of our services and the allocation of internal resources, all payments made to Go Viral are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, our engagement agreements may occasionally include a time-based guarantee clause that may provide additional remedies under select, clearly-defined circumstances. Please refer to your specific agreement for terms.

3. Return Policy
As Go Viral does not sell physical products, we do not offer returns. All services are custom and non-returnable once rendered.

4. Cancellation Policy
Clients are unable to cancel their engagement subsequent to executing a formal engagement agreement (typically, a Consulting Services Agreement). Once work has commenced, cancellations do not entitle the client to any refund. All cancellation terms will be governed by the client agreement.
